We are currently creating and shipping *MOST orders containing  three (3) or less items that come in before 12:00 noon EST, within 48 hours or 2 business days (Monday - Friday) unless the arrival date you have chosen requires us to wait.  Orders are sent either US Postal Service, Federal Express (Fed Ex) or Airborne (DHL) GROUND SHIPPING depending on your shipping needs and choices. When choosing shipping methods, we are recommending upgrading to Overnight, 2-day or 3-day Shipping depending on the day of your order to ensure prompt delivery if you have a particular desired delivery date. Upgrading your shipping does not guarantee your delivery date, it merely speeds up the shipping transit time after your order leaves our facility. Use the map below to estimate your shipping time via Ground Shipping. (Ground Shipping is not a time guaranteed shipping method- we do not give refunds for personalized items that do not arrive by your requested delivery date.) If the timing is not satisfactory, we offer other methods of shipping (pricing below). The chart below illustrates estimated shipping times if your gift is sent with the standard shipping. (Please remember to exclude weekends when estimating shipping time and/or transit times- Ground shipments do not include weekend days in the estimated transit time.) We do not give refunds for custom crystal shirts that are not delivered by your requested delivery date. We also do not give refunds for upgraded shipping. If you have credit card charges reversed before contacting us for an RA number, we WILL charge your account with a $30.00 non-refundable chargeback fee. If orders are returned without an RA number, the shipment WILL BE REFUSED and will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. We do not refund any and all shipping charges and each customer is also responsible for any return shipping charges.** Please note: No Saturday or Sunday shipping, transit or delivery. Credit cannot be given for upgraded shipping. Return information: Each shirt is is inspected thoroughly and photos are taken of each and every shirt at every angle before it is secured for shipping. Photos are kept for 30 days after tracking shows delivery. Shirts with any type of damage will NOT be accepted for return or credit. Because each shirt is custom, we do not accept returns.
